I’m glad you’re here. I am constantly seeking out eligible men and women who meet my client’s ideals. I attend events with speakers like Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, the late Walter Cronkite, Colin Powell and Tony Robbins.  I am involved in charities which gives me the opportunity to recruit at events such as the Phoenix Open and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix. I attend Women’s Expos, belong to Chambers of Commerce and attend networking breakfasts, seminars and mixers, keeping an eye out wherever I go for those stellar men and women who may be the perfect partner for discerning clients.

I’ve attended hundreds of events since 1994. I have a dozen boxes of event programs, name tags and business cards from the 45,000 people I’ve met to prove it. And those have resulted in 8,000 interviews to pull the best lineup of pre-screened dates when a new client hires us.

“Roseann, I would go out with any one of them,” is what many clients report after seeing their lineups, particularly the men!

I have clients programmed on my cell. When I find someone really open and a perfect match, introductions can occur spontaneously. Sometimes, you have to take advantage of a narrow window. You never know what awaits them tomorrow.

For example I met a pretty marathoner on Pinnacle Peak trail one afternoon. We started talking. She was open, sincere and pretty. She was definitely one-in-a-million. I learned she was an artist. I am successful because I work with my clients on a personal, individual basis, unlike dating services where you may get handed off to staff.

When I meet potential candidates to introduce to clients,  I conduct a two-hour interview which results in a four-page questionnaire of information. I spend time getting to know people to give you personal insights. You get access to everything you’d want to know. Well, almost.

Plus, you get to preview recent full-length and close-up photos to see who you have chemistry with. That’s when the fun begins. When you see your first lineup? That’s when you get to see how awesome the women I can introduce you to really are. If you are a woman interested in hiring us, I do know exceptional men. However, more men hire me to conduct a search than women.

SPIES is a boutique agency. I work with a small group of the most eligible clientele in a manner such as a headhunter  would. In this manner, I can approach anyone to inquire as to their availability and interest.  They are usually flattered even if not interested.
